1. Agreement
By creating an Invonix AI account you agree to these terms. If you use Invonix on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Free trial & card requirement
The AI Workforce plan includes a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial. Core CRM billing begins immediately. At the end of the 14 days, AI Workforce accounts are charged the monthly price unless you cancel or switch to Core CRM before the trial ends.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
4. Refund policy
Because the 14-day trial lets you evaluate the full product before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. That said:
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month — email support within 14 days of the first charge and we’ll refund it in full.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full, always.
- Extended outages — if the service is materially unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing month, we issue a pro-rata credit or refund on request.
- Renewal charges after the first month, and partial months following a cancellation, are not refundable.
- Third-party usage you incur through your own accounts (for example Retell AI call minutes) is billed by that provider and is outside our control.
Refund requests: support@invonixai.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Invonix AI to send unlawful, harassing or deceptive communications, to call numbers on do-not-call registries where prohibited, to record calls without required consent, or to violate telemarketing, spam or data-protection laws. You are responsible for the content of the calls, emails and invoices your workspace sends.
6. AI output
AI summaries, scores, forecasts and drafted content are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Review AI output before relying on it for financial, legal or customer-facing decisions.
7. Your data
You own your data. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or request deletion at any time.
8. Availability & liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk to the platform or its users. You may close your account at any time from Billing.
